Was wondering if anyone in the AL (I am in Montgomery) area knows of any real-estate investors groups (local or online)? I have been looking and don't see much. Also, is there anywhere that landlords/investors list properties for sale (or best to just get with a realtor)?

Last I knew, there is a two group in Montgomery. Look around on Mr. Landlord for the groupd.
Just a personal opinion here-- if your place is in an area with a major sellers market, try it yourself. In a neutral or buyers masrket, hire a good deal estate agent. And this is only if you are experienced. If your not experienced, use an agent. --66.188.xx.xxx |
