Compare the size, location, & condition of your property with others that are for rent. A decent resource is realtor.com NOT zillow. You might also call on for rent signs you see in the neighborhood. But don't lie & waste their time with a showing. Tell the Landlord you are requesting basic information for comparison. I have found most (not all) other landlords willing to briefly share # of BR/Ba and any special amenities their property has - along with the rental price. --68.105.xxx.xxx |
