CA code 1950 is the one talked about often, however broken or damages is very different from a tile floor worn thru to the glue, if the floor has been gouged then a replacement job will be needed, damaged trim strips from pushing a 30 inch sofe thru a 29inch opening is damage, cut or torn window screens, cracked windows, carpet with snags/runs, mirrors cracked but not fallen on the floor are also damages. --76.188.xxx.xx |
