Has anyone bought or sold a mortgage in this state? Was it complicated? Looking to hear feedback on this. Buy it for what was owed on mortgage. Florida is the state but if others have done it also in their state. Amy

Mortgages are usually bought or sold at a discount.

The amount of the discount depends on the risk involved.

Check with a mortgage broker in your area.
