Why is it when that word is mentioned they give you that dopey eyes in the headlight look like they have no clue what that word means. I explain: its where you refused to pay the money that was owed and they sent it to a collection agency and they are now chasing you to get what is owed. "oh no we dont have any of that" say the person with a collection list a mile long. Grrrrrr such a freaking waste of my time.
