I built a 24. X. 24' deck on top of the garage way back when? Its a dirty grey colour from the rain and soot. Just a few years ago - less - we were on here complaining that prospective tenants would SEE you standing there, brush and roller in hand, freshly painted Off-White wall, and ask, "Can I paint?"
