Hi,
The cozy place is almost done to its original face.
Could you share with me what are the websites do you post your rentals? Do you also use the craigslist? I have heard a quite few stories about the listing issues.
Could you tell me how do you avoid it to happen to you and I?

If you are going to use Zillow Rental Manager, be ready for many emails that state "I am interested in the property at ABC Lane" People looking at ads can push a button and that email is automatically sent. We respond with a canned email with more information, photos, and what the total move-in monies will be -- and only consider the inquiry to be a real prospect when they respond to the second email.
Check emails 4 times a day so you can respond quickly to an inquiry. --98.145.xx.xxx |
