Some of you are probably questioning why Cleveland was selected for the convention. Some theories may include the numerous tourist attractions around including the Rock N Roll Hall of Fame or The Christmas Story House. Others might speculate that it is the housing market place being so well set up for Landlords.
I have my own theory. I spent the weekend up in Lansing and on the way back driving I saw that the World Head HQ for Duct Tape is located just out of the county. After all, what would a LL do without duct tape or a wrench? Again though, That is just my theory - they would be an excellent sponsor

That's funny.
My guess is this: Jeffrey, being the investor he is, shops around for places convenient to airports that can shuttle the attendees and feed those masses for 3 days. After he identifies his target hotels, he presents his needs to the hotels and lets the bidding begin. He goes with whoever gives him the best deal so he can run his business as profitable as possible. Kudos for that.
If it's based solely on where he wants to go, I would say the decision then becomes his wife Dot's! :) --50.32.xxx.xxx |

I have to think of when these conventions began the Taylor boys were young, he prolly told them if they don't behave he is gonna toss them in the river, the lake or something like that, when they are away from their Mom and Dad we should ask them if they ever swam to shore at a convention, I don't recall seeing much grey hair so they did OK. I don't recall there being a mode in that landlord game where you give the landlord a large amount of grey hair so this whole idea is just a joke. --76.188.xxx.xx |
