State Specific Question About: CALIFORNIA (CA)

Anyone have CSE Insurance Group Landlord Insurance? I just got a quote from them - the premium is almost half the price quoted by other insurance companies. I have never heard of them - hence the question. How is your claim experience with them? --64.47.xx.xxx

I Googled them and they have offices near me. Reading their coverage's It looks to good to be true. There has to be a lot of exclusions or deductibles. I will watch for other comments.
