More then likely they have sheriffs notice that soon the locks are going to be changed. A visit where they are living may reveal they trashed out the rental home. Dogs can easily cause $5,000 to $10,000 dollars worth of damage. If dog is no problem then why do they want to move. Often arrears of rent along with a completely trashed out rental unit go hand in hand together. --74.220.xxx.xxx |

Donita, this isn't a good site to try to find a home for rent. I suggest you try other sites such as Craigslist. This is a Question and Answer Forum in which landlords help each other with landlording issues.
As my personal advice about finding a rental, many landlords will not rent to a person with a dog nor to a person who smokes. Many landlords also are concerned about persons who are trying to move very quickly, as often that is because of problems.
Consider finding another home for your dog and giving up smoking. That would open up many more possibilities. If you do want to keep your dog, offer a large pet deposit to a landlord. Have documentation that the dog has had necessary shots and is licensed. Also provide information about the regular flea treatment. Provide evidence that the dog is well-trained. Hopefully your present/former landlord can provide a positive recommendation for how the dog.
For smoking, if you aren't able to give it up, agree to never smoke inside and be prepared to pay a very large extra smoker's deposit. Show proof of how you left your former residence with very clean walls and ceiling, not ones that are a little brownish from nicotine from smoking. --136.33.xx.xx |

Donita, ,if you want a nice place to live, consider putting the dog up for adoption or buying your own house,if you stop smoking ,you'll have all kinds of extra money to buy almost anything you desire, instead of the Tobacco companies being able to pay their top CEOs all that extra money you give them. Its a matter of priorities.Hard to do,but it is doable. Please believe me.Ask some of the people on this board. Someone I heard about, don't know them personally, came to this country and eventually bought a farm in Montana, couldn't stand the lonelyness and the extreme cold in the Winter.their closest neighbors were fifteen or twenty head of Buffalo, they now live in Prince Edward Island. So anything is Doable,.........................Charlie.......................................

Donita, it doesn't matter if the new owner don't want you to stay IF you have a lease or rental agreement with a specific end date. They have to either honor the agreement/lease, or offer to buy you out. But either way, check with a lawyer in your area - if you can't afford one, check with your county for legal aid.

Donita,
I appreciate your interest in a home in that specific area.
You can use the same tools we use to market a place in your search for a place. Go to the website rentlinx . com and select the search button
Good luck --24.239.xx.xxx |
