State Specific Question About: VIRGINIA (VA)
Hello all! I am going to sell one of my rentals FSBO this coming summer and wondering if anyone out there know of any reliable FSBO resources. The rental is in Virginia Beach, Virginia so if anyone is aware of any FSBO in the Hampton Roads/Tidewater Area that would be even better!

in my area the title company does the work, once I find the buyer. So are you doing your own marketing to find a buyer? If so get the proper paper work. if you've never done this, then it's always good to ask questions and find others who have. Do you know if in your state you have to close with an Attorney or just at a title company? --184.206.xx.xxx |

Look for a qualified buyer pre-approved to take you away from FSBO owner financing, the laws state-by-state have all changed dramatically since the expiration of the bail out bill HB3221 which went into place in 2009, if the house is already attracting nice rent clients hopefully little else would be needed to charm buyers, last year at the convention there was a great presentation from a nationwide rental manager suggesting color schemes and what I though were small features however the crowd there was impressed with many of those things and using them myself I was involved in selling 4 places that went in 3 days at listed price. --76.188.xxx.xxx |
