what do you mean "evicted" your tenant? did you have your hearing? were you awarded possession? didn't the magistrate go over the next steps with you?

what do you mean "he has appeal"? of course he has the right to appeal. depending on your answers in the first paragraph, did he actually appeal? the money or the possession?

how could you evict him on December 15 when we're not there yet?

if he's in jail in your county, he'll show up in orange and shackles.

so as you can see by my questions, A LOT of info is missing. Even though evictions are easy in Pennsylvania, if you've never done one on your own, pay an attorney the first time so you know and understand the process. next time (and unfortunately there will be one), you can do it yourself.

I'm with Nicole PA - another post without the PERTINENT DETAILS and I mean pertinent not the "tenant" he said, she said stuff- the real story. We all answer and then POSTER gives more details that make our original answer wrong. Garbage in garbage out theory. --74.184.xxx.xx

Without getting you to cover everything detailed, the short answer is to follow your state and local tenant laws exactly, the business owner is always held to the higher standard. --76.188.xxx.xxx
