State Specific Question About: TEXAS (TX)
Hello,
I'm currently looking for my 4th rental property. In the past, I've done traditional financing. Now, I'm going to try using a commercial bank. I just met with them this morning and I'm intrigued. One thing they need is Pro Formas on my current and proposed properties. I have seen these before, but never made one. Does someone have a good sample that I could use as a template?
Thanks to you all for this and all the other information.

What you need to do is prepare an income statement that shows expected expenses and all income. Proforma is what you expect to see after the business is up and running on a regular basis. Your projection if you will. The bank will use that as a basis on your loan. --24.172.xxx.xx |

Back in the days when I borrowed money to buy real estate, the bank provided the necessary forms. Like JB said, it's basically a list of your income, non-rental assets, rentals, bank accounts, rent rolls, and monthly payment schedule. If they don't have this sheet for you, I question their competence. --173.19.xx.xxx |
