Just do a search here, year by year since 2008 the planks have been a good product when installed correctly, the klik type looks good in the store but often opens at home, use the seal strip type and be sure the floor is very clean before starting - stuff below looks the same afterwards, turn off the hvac then vacuum and finish before turning on the hvac again. lotsa colors and patterns to choose from --76.188.xxx.xxx

A lot use it there. But I don't in any baths or kitchens. Water or moisture is what causes most failures.

When it first came out most of the complaints were from failures in basements. Not from any actual water, but just moisture in the slab. --73.251.xxx.xx

I've used Allure traffic master (sticky strip) exclusively for about 7-8 years including bathrooms. Tile pattern in bath's and kitchen's, wood plank in the rest. It's been a good product and held up well, I have yet to have to replace one. I have had to replace a tile here and there (mostly burns) which is easy with a heat gun or iron. --74.196.xx.xxx

I agree with the above. In general, it is good stuff. We have put it in kitchens and bathrooms in rentals and it has held up well (going on 5 years now). And we just put it in my wife's parents' house a month or so ago throughout their kitchen and dining room.

The only problem we have ever had with it was using it in an entryway in a shared hallway in a multi-unit. The hallway isn't heated and this is Michigan -- we can go from freezing to 70F in 24 hours and then back again. It was just too much temperature fluctuation for the floor to handle -- it pulled apart and buckled within a few months actually.

But, inside a normal place, I love it! Kitchens and bathrooms are just fine. (It handles water pretty well. It isn't designed to be water proof, but when sealed properly, it does just fine for spills that get wiped up or even casual shower spray that escapes now and then in a bathroom and such.)

If you use the product and have multiple units, do yourself a favor......use only one color scheme. So if you will ever have to do any repairs, you will know and probably already have some of that color in stock.

Last year, I ran into a supply issue in January and didn't get my order until March. Folks on this site helped me get just enough to complete that specific task.....but I wasn't going to drive three states to get 2 pallets of materials.

I love the stuff....providing HD doesn't run out of it --24.239.xx.xxx

I have been using it for about 4 years. The only problem I have had is a tenant moved out and turned off the heat in January. The floors came apart in a few places. It doesn't look horrible, but you can see the gaps between some planks. --68.38.xxx.xx
