Best to contact a landlords association as it is common for some insurance companies to insure rental buildings. There are listings of landlords associations on this site or Google. If possible it may be worthwhile to join a landlords association. If there is central fire alarm system the insurance rates maybe a lower. --74.220.xxx.xxx
