You do have to let him out of the lease once he gives you a copy of his orders, believe it requires 30 days notice but check the SCRA to be sure. No on the reduced rent. --47.217.xx.xxx

3. WHO IS DEPLOYED TO A NEW LOCATION FOR 90 DAYS OR MORE

4. AND CONTACT INFORMATION FOR THE COMMANDING OFFICER TO BE DELIVERED BY THE RESIDENT TO THE LANDLORD.
