I am part of a very small, 6 home road which has its own homeowner association. We want to find online software to help manage contractors, expenses, homeowner requests, insurance, board elections, board meetings/minutes/voting, invoices, etc. and maybe accounting.

The software needs to be 100% Online and preferably totally accessible via a phone app. Also it needs to be affordable because our actual output will be low with only 6 homes and only a handful of bills.

Any recommendations?

If you are looking to just post things for the owners (things such as files, contact lists, etc) couldn't one of you just have a google drive and post everything there and then give the other owners access to that drive (folder)?

I think that would be much easier than purchasing software that most likely won't do what you are looking for.

Maybe others will have some sort of help for you other than that.
