check the criminal records and then the civil judgments ... not sure why it's the prison and not the court house ... perhaps that's how your county does it. --72.70.xxx.xx |

They owe the prison money.
I am including the think that the judgement might be only a small worry - I would be more interested in knowing why they were locked up and how long ago. If the crime was of a violent nature, then the liability is on you if you take them.
