If you know where they are working you can go to an office supply store and get an income execution form,you need to fill it out and take it to the sheriff,they will mail it to the people and give them a chance to start paying themselves to the sheriff,after about 20 days the sheriff will send you documents asking for more money then they will serve the employer directly,if the employee doesn't quit or get fired the employer will send the money directly to the sheriff and once a month the sheriff will send you a check until they are fully paid or they quit or get fired.You can collect 10% of there paycheck as long as they make at least about $137.50 week --24.25.xxx.xxx |
