There is a tenant next to my rental that appears to be mentally derranged. He hammers on the wall adjacent to my property in the middle of the night with such force it shakes the wall. When I went there and spoke to him I realized that I was dealing with someone who was not all there. I wrote the owner but have not heard from her. Has anyone else ever experienced this. that turns out was off their meds. Call the police

Ask the landlord to conact the persons emergency contact. Or ask the landlord to let you out of your lease if he can't make the other tenant stop the noise, perhaps landlord should check on that unit and that common wall, --66.87.xx.xxx |

Tell your tenants to call the police if this keeps happening. I've lost good tenants due to someone else's nasty ones.
