State Specific Question About: DELAWARE (DE)

I have a tenant that's on a month to month lease (no written lease). I would like to issue a 60 day notice to terminate the month to month lease. How can I do this? Do you have a form and instructions that I can purchase to issue a 60 day notice to terminate the tenant's month to month lease? I would like to purchase this information electronically from you. --68.83.xxx.xx

Best thing is to download your state and local tenant laws, place into a 3ring binder with state first - then flip the book over for local rules, this is your business bible - kinda like knowing the rules before playing cards or playing a trumpet. --76.188.xxx.xxx

Rosa, you posted this on a Forum for LL's, not a form-selling site. Up on top, there are several tabs, click on the one labeled "Forms" and see if they have what you need there.

Good luck!

What Mike45 wrote. Mr LL himself may come along with more information. Yes you can indeed purchase what u need. For this first time it may be wise to seek legal council. --66.87.xx.xxx
