State Specific Question About: FLORIDA (FL)

Do we need to list all occupants on the "Eviction Claim" that will be filed with the County Clerk, or just the name of the person whose name is on the lease. In this case, the father is the only one listed on the list, but his wife and two children are also living there. --71.46.xxx.xxx

I will usually list by name only the people named in the lease and then I throw in "and all other occupants." That is what my judge and sheriff like to see.

I have a property in another state. My problem is that the property was redeemed by me after I paid the taxes. The person who had the house has a tenant living there with no lease. What are my options for eviction of the tenant. One lawyer is saying they haven't dealt with that situation before. Is there anyone that can help me? --172.101.xxx.xx
