Does your local landlord association keep a list? Ours does. Very easy to keep track of them (and they keep notes on them too - such as late pay, evict, damage, cleanliness, etc) so even if they weren't actually evicted but someone went through the motions of giving them a "3day pay or quit" notice - it's now on that list.
It's not all bad though - we even keep the GOOD tenant names on there! --67.246.xx.xx |
