Best to contact a landlords association as they will frequently know of lawyers who specialize in landlord and tenant matters. There some listings on this site or google to find a landlords association. --74.220.xxx.xxx |

Visit housing court a few times a month, observe one who seems to speak the correct language for various scenarios and hopefully you can get a card from a couple before you need one to help you, this is like understanding your state and local tenant laws, always get this part good before opening for business. --76.188.xxx.xxx |

What are you looking for? Help with summary ejectments or what? In NC, evictions are handled through Small Claims Court and don't require a lawyer. --173.22.xx.xx |
