It's so ridiculous I know. Service or not they're still animals with the potential to do damage like any other animal.

There are so many bogus service animal claims and landlords have no way to help cover potential damage making screening even more important and will drive up rents making it even harder for the lower income folks.

Charge the highest deposit you are legally allowed with or without their service pet/animal. An increase in rent is the only other way to protect yourself. --65.35.xx.xxx
