True "service" animals are NOT pets. You cannot treat them as pets. You cannot treat an applicant with a service animal any differently than an applicant without the service animal.

You need to understand how your state deals with this stuff, there are 3 types of animals claimed by many but OH law allows us to ask for a copy of vet records with a photo so we know fluffy is not a breed on the bad dog list, some have federal papers issued for the animal.

Be sure of your rules before you open for business, there are a few online places you can get some clone paperwork, just as easy as passing counterfeit money around. --76.188.xxx.xxx
