Keep them simple, up-down fridge and simple standup range, no washer/dryer without a appliance rental agreement. Tenant pays for damages in next rent cycle just like any doors, windows or walls. --76.188.xxx.xxx |

in nj you have to provide a stove. i decide on the fridge depending on 1) whether is was there when i bought it, and 2) if we redid the floors. i will put in a fridge if i don't want some idiot wrecking a new floor. As far as old appliances, for all tenants my lease says that they are there as a convenience but we will not do repairs if they break. it will be up to them if they want to fix them,... I do require written notice if they are removing an appliance so they can replace it. ... I have also considered renting them washer and dryer.... --72.24.xx.xxx |
