State Specific Question About: CALIFORNIA (CA)
We own and manage a couple single family homes in Cincinnati, OH (where I went to college). We also own and manage a four unit in Los Angles (where I live). We want to grow our resources and investments. I finally joined the RE investors association in Cincinnati (REIAGC). But, when I search in Los Angeles, I can't tell which one to join. Can anyone recommend a good investment club or group to join in Los Angeles?

Thanks LivetheDream. We are members of AOA. They are great and led us to Mr. Landlord/ this forum. Which has also been great!
...But, I have this idea there are clubs where smaller groups regularly meet to focus on certain strategies. For example on Cincinnati's calendar there are regular meeting for "Foreclosure note/ buying short sales subgroup", "wholesaling subgroup", "westside subgroup" and "LL subgroup". This sounds like a great opportunity to meet others trying to do, or doing the same things I want to do. And it sounds like longterm consistent effort, which is what I need to stay focused. Does this exist in Los Angles or anywhere, or is this my fantasy? --68.135.xx.xxx |
