Hello all,
I'm looking for something that both allows me to collect rent online AND also has an online tenant portal where they can submit service requests electronically instead of calling me. And of course, since i only have 3 units I'm not looking to break the bank.
I searched this forum and found mostly rent collection aps like ClearNow. I found a few that appear to be an all-in-one solution, but either landlords hadn't yet actually used them (like propertycloudmanager) or the website doesn't work well with my computer (buildium - which a lot of folks here recommend but i can't even get the pricing demo screen to load properly)
Do you have any recommendations?

We TAKE their money via autodraft, not wait for them to decide to pay then go to a website. People LOVE it. Millennials ASSUME you will draft their rent.
They can email a service request. We ask for them to include a photo of the problem.

JJ, I've used propertymanagercloud.com for the last few years. And as you've indicated, it is an all-in-one-solution. And I love it. So much so that I've worked a deal with the developer where paid MrLandlord Members can get any version of the program, including the UNLIMITED version, for only $15 per month instead of the regular price of $95 per month.
