I do about 23 student rentals and they always prepay 6-8 months, those funds go into escrow and I send a monthly accounting of money used rent/damages/water/sewer and so on, always someone ready to buy them out. How do you have your accounting set-up, if one has to go they all go, there is no way to divide rent or deposit, keep hunting. --75.94.xxx.xxx |
