State Specific Question About: ARIZONA (AZ)
Anyone else here having trouble finding qualified tenants in Phoenix? I have several people flake after completing the application and sounding excited. Also a ton of folks with major credit issues. We have been landlords for the last few years and have never had this much trouble. Anyone have a good source for finding the best applicants?

Same in Ohio. Majority of people that are qualified stay in their housing longer because it is expensive to move. Most people moving need to move because of evictions or they can't afford where they are due to bad choices. --50.5.xxx.xxx |

Try more then one website. Also in the internet ads that credit checks are done on all adult applicants. This eliminates those who are looking for keys. Also consider running ads in the newspapers on and off. The best time is on the weekends. The average is one third of people looking for a rental unit are problem tenants. As the economy improves there will be more people looking for rental units. Rental housing providers start to raise the level who is allowed into a rental unit as they find better tenants. --74.220.xxx.xxx |
