State Specific Question About: WYOMING (WY)

I have been looking for ways of finding a source of nonresident or out of state owners in different towns in Wyoming and not having any success . Can anyone give me suggestions? --69.146.xx.xxx

I get mail almost daily from people wanting to buy my properties (naturally none are offering market value - just those who want you to give it away), sell me insurance, sell me maintenance contracts on the sewer/water lines, etc. I always assumed the municipalities sell the lists - WAY too labor intensive to search through the property data bases property by property. --72.70.xxx.xxx
