Does anyone know of a bank that will do a cash out refinance on a four unit investment property if I already have 7 mortgages in my name?

Because you have more than 4, it would have to be a non-conforming (ie, not sold to Fannie or Freddie) loan. Check local banks. I don't know of any. I just don't try take any cash out any more.

try local banks, rates will be a lil higher, but more flexibility. It would be considered a commercial portfolio loan at that point. --166.181.xx.xxx
