Send envelope through US Mail with "Address Service Requested" printed on front of envelope. May also add "Do not forward".

If you know where they work, follow them home.

Hire a skip tracer.

Sorry for not answering sooner. A FOIL is an acronym for "Freedom of Information Law." My lawyer just advised to try turning it over to a collection agency. Thanks everyone. --72.69.xx.xxx
