Dan,
not to sound harsh, but Seems like you are new to the site, so I can offer some advice. You can Google up a sample lease or you can use the TREC site to get your lease started; I suggest that you then look at the discussions with lease clauses in title and see all the wonderful advice that has been offered by all to change it to fit your need.
If that seems to much work, i suggest getting a lawyer or a real estate professional to draft the lease.
once that is done, I would suggest coming back and reading all the lease clause posts anyways and then getting a lawyer to review your lease regardless....

I agree with rani3182. My lease is a lot more extensive since reading all the post on this form. I got my first lease from a realtor which was better then the basic lease. My lease is now double the length since reading this form. --98.227.xx.xxx |
