I'd say only if your agreement says you can.. and perhaps not if it's say less than 7 days...

How long will the friend be there? 3 more weeks until the first of the month? Do you pay utilities? Does the woman work so that she's gone most of the day? How much additional wear and tear can a single woman actually cause to your property?
