Bring some over the sidewalk but not close to the house, in all the years I never had one go to the finish line, 3 months ago the lady handed me the keys as the sheriff parked, again last week. --75.94.xxx.xxx

Scott, why wasn't the Sheriff there?

Next time, find out from the City where they want you to set the stuff out. MY City doesn't make a fuss, but my trash company will only take away relatively small amounts of trash. So if it is really trash, I put out limited amounts each pick-up date, so that the trash people will take it. (Or, I put it all out and slip the trash guys $20 to take it away.)

The sheriff should have been there to do a legal eviction. Hopefully your Tenants wont find out. The City probably will fine you if you dont clear the curb. --107.197.xx.xx

When ever clearing out a apartment a lot of stuff can be donated to charities if usable. Someone can use clothing and furniture. What is broken unusable can be taken to the dump. Usually most of the stuff can be donated charities. --74.220.xxx.xx
