In PG County Maryland, can you request that the judge add an ongoing water bill to a judgement?

I can't speak to MD law specifically, but in most states the tenant can be held responsible for utility consumption until the day the unit is vacated. After the unit has been vacated contact the utility office to ask their help in pro-rating the current bill accordingly. It would be helpful if you read the meter before calling. When you know the amount due ask the court to include that amount in your judgment. --70.92.xxx.xxx
