Just wondering, if an applicant has two dogs should I charge a pet fee per dog or a one time pet fee for all pets? My pet limit is two. --76.228.xxx.xxx |

We charge $150 per animal Non-Nonrefundable Animal Reregistration Fee
plus $35 per animal per month.
People don't bat an eye and we make more money!

We deal with military. A recent tenant purchased a pet in Europe and paid for quarantine on both ends. I think it was a few thousand. She was happy to pay the $200 non-refundable fee and additional $25/month.
I was happy to get it.
You can deny pets based on breeding and behavior... not so much with children! And try getting a non-refundable fee for a destructive child. --141.129.x.xx |
