State Specific Question About: MINNESOTA (MN)

I am owner, occupant with roommate. Eviction hearing filed and upcoming 9/17/2014.

Advised roommate to not have boyfriend there, he was not in verbal agreement when rental agreement was discussed, he is starting to be there when I am at work now and is not there at night.

What can I do to tell them he cannot be there.
