Our tenants are months behind on their rent. I sent a Notice to Pay letter giving them 7 days to pay the full balance or face legal action. They only paid $300, not even the full months rent for the current month let alone any of the past due balance. Can I go ahead and start the eviction paperwork with the court or do I have to start over with the Notice to Pay since they paid something? --132.3.xx.xx
