State Specific Question About: GEORGIA (GA)

A lady I know wants to get a new broker for her company.

She has had her rental management for about 10 years. She has said she has about 30 rentals right now. Not sure how accurate that is. She already rents a space, phone and has e & o ins. and a helper that does the accounting.

I have my own firm that has a couple of rental properties and mainly does real estate sales. Have my own E&O I will keep my company separate and pay her referrals if the Landlord wants to sell.

I feel like I need to see her books. She has offered $450 a month with the promise of more down the road. She would cover me as Broker with her E & O. I could have access to a conference room. I currently work out of my home.
