State Specific Question About: OKLAHOMA (OK)

Does anyone have any ideas on addendum to add to lease for wood burning fireplace. I have a rental with a wood burning fireplace and I want to limit any liability pertaining to it. --68.227.xxx.xxx

My State Farm underwriter does not allow them. Period.

We remove them or block them off.

I put a gas vent less log set in all of mine that way you don't need to worry about the chimney cleaning of if they open the flu. --98.227.xx.xxx
