Do I need to get a new guarantor form signed each year with my tenant's renewal? Or is the one from two years ago still valid? --192.234.xxx.xx

What does your guarantee say on this? Mine says something to the effect that this is effective for the term of the lease or renewals thereof. --65.27.xx.xxx

My lease states that the lease reverts to a month-to-month at the end of the lease agreement and that all conditions of this lease continue to be in effect. No other paperwork unless tenant WANTS to sign a new lease.
