Here in Los Angeles Section 8 made major mistakes and interfered in my apartment business. They cost me months in rents and damage. They convinced the Judge not to evict a tenant who was a problem. Since the City and State makes commission writing checks for section 8 tenants, monies they receive from the Federal Government -- they side with tenants to make their 25% fee each month.
I sued Section 8 and my City in Court. They played games and I couldn't collect or win. So now I never give power to Section 8, the courts, inspectors or the City. I video tape things and get things on the news. --98.119.x.xxx |

I would love to, but suspect it would be a waste of my time and money. They have more financial backing and legal resources than I do. But wouldn't it be great. This is why I really try hard to stay away from them and any other government entitlement type agency. --72.218.xx.xxx |
