State Specific Question About: FLORIDA (FL)
I am trying to offer services for cleaning which yes I do have experience in but need to know how to or who to contact regarding this full deep cleaning service. This doesn't usually include carpet shampooing, just cleaning. I have my own tools and supplies. Who should I market to. Landlords or property management. If you are a woman and want to maximize your income, I;d market to rich ladies. They are ALWAYS looking and will fill your calendar.
We LLs are CHEAPSKATES!
My neighbor (No kids, both adults away at work full time, and only one fluffy little hamster of a dog in the house) pays her cleaning lady $100 for 4 hours a week. That's $25 per hour. That's $200 per day. That's $50,000 a year with a 2 week vacation for dusting and running the vacuum in a heated or air conditioned house with no one else around! --67.175.xx.xxx |

Find a local newspaper and put a small classified ad in.
Contact real estate agents as they also manage properties.
You can also call ads for apartments and ask the owner if they need a cleaning service since they may have listed the apartment in advance of cleaning it.

Jamie what others said. Clean for rich people then use the Portugese in you and start buying property so you can be your own boss.
