First question the tenants must be collectable which means they have a job where one can garnishee wages along with bank accounts. If they are on social assistance then one is can not collect. If they are collectable then one needs to locate them to take them to small claims court to get a judgement for rent arrears, damage along with cleaning charges for the rental unit. The best way is to avoid problem tenants altogether by running thorough credit checks on all adult applicants. After a while those problem tenants will be able to live rent free for the equivalent of a year. Consider joining a landlords association where one can google to find near rental. One will learn a lot of knowledge which will help in the future. On this site every province and state has a different landlord & tenant act where the process varies even between counties. Make no mistakes on the paperwork. --74.220.xxx.xx

Do you have any other info on her like an email address that will help you find her social media? Lots of times these people aren't real smart and post a lot of personal information on Facebook, Twitter, etc.

You say you don't know where she works. You just need to know where she lives to get her served. Do you know that?

Try her name at advancedbackgroundchecks. com to see if you can find an email address or other addresses for her.

Have you tried just Googling her?

You have to serve her properly. --204.187.xx.xxx
