Unpaid rent is by far the most common reason for eviction, serve the notices per your local laws, if this is the first time hire a flat-fee eviction service and once the papers are filed in court there is no logic talking to your tenants - they did this themselves and the court will make the plans for both of you from here. --75.94.xxx.xxx |

Yes you can terminate a month to month rent, by giving notice . Check Florida Landlord/Tenants law. However, if you give a tenant to vacate and does not vacate, you will end up evicting the tenant. Google FL Chapter 83 and it will provide information regarding eviction. Good luck. --76.122.xx.xx |
