According to the girls at the local courthouse, small claims cases are not available online. You can access them at the courthouse. --174.98.xx.xxx |

Where would you go to in the court house to find this info. If memory serves me I've asked the girls at the clerk's office and they didn't know where or if they were on file anywhere.I talked to a list service today and that gal told me they could sell me a list of landlords that had evicted tenants. Said she could get them for most any county in the country. That's the reason for my question. If she is right then they must be on the net somewhere. Her price was a little steep. $750 for 500 names. --66.57.xxx.xxx |

Take the prospective maiden name and sir name to the court records room and spend 20 or 30 minutes, I do this almost everytime I smell trouble - it often yields the results I want to know. And the emergency contacts are helpful names also. --75.94.xxx.xxx |
