Many questions flow thru here about managers who did this and did not do that - in the end the best property manager is going to be CONOR because she/he will follow thru in a way that proves she/he has studied the state and local tenant laws and is not asking the tenant to do something illegal with a lease that is worded improperly, hopefully CONOR lives within about 10-15 mins so any erratic problems can be monitored and solved quickly so the manager and tenant are both happy - this way everyone is happy. Sometimes CONOR will come collect rent and hold the door for the tenant while the xmas tree is taken out on the correct collection day or later in the springtime when mama gets a new sofa and then the tenant will not drive over the grass to the steps. --75.94.xxx.xxx |
